### What is your refund/cancellation policy?

Refund & Cancellation Policy
At The Spiced Crumb, every order is freshly baked and prepared with care. Because our cookies are made-to-order food products, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Cancellations:Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order, provided preparation has not already begun. After this period, cancellations and refunds may not be available.
Order Issues:If your order is incorrect or there is a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include your name, order details, and photos when applicable. We’ll review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Ordering your cookies from The Spiced Crumb is simple!
\1. Choose Your CookiesTake a look at our current cookie menu and decide which flavors you’d like.
\2. Order nowSend us a message with your name, cookie flavors, quantity, and preferred pickup date. cookies orders require at least 48 hour notice.
\3. Receive Your ConfirmationWe’ll respond to confirm availability, your order total, and pickup details.
\4. Submit PaymentOnce your order is confirmed, payment instructions will be provided. Your order is not secured until payment is received.
\5. Pick Up & Enjoy! 🤎Your cookies will be freshly baked, individually packaged, and ready for pickup on your confirmed date.
Please Note: We recommend placing orders in advance to ensure availability, especially for larger orders and special occasions.
